My name is Suzanne Stainforth, founder of the Mindful Magnificence Blog. Anxiety and depression have been a struggle for a large portion of my life and I have felt the adverse effects such as anxiety attacks, burnout, exhaustion, insomnia, changes in appetite and difficulty in socialising. I have reached a point in my life in which I have chosen to take control of my mind rather than allowing my mind to take control of me. 

My journey has been greatly assisted by mindfulness, meditation and journaling. Through Mindful Magnificence, I share what I have learnt on this path so that you too can learn about the techniques I have used for greater well-being.
